Exchange Policy

At Akhmadova Natalia every bottle is checked before it leaves our UAE warehouse. If something is not right with your order, we will exchange it. We offer exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery, in these cases:

  • Wrong perfume – you received a different fragrance, strength (30% / 40%) or size than you ordered
  • Damaged on arrival – the bottle, spray pump or box arrived broken, cracked or leaking

Conditions

  • The perfume must be unused, with its seal and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • For a damaged bottle, please send us a photo of the bottle and box.
  • The exchange must be requested within 7 days from the day you receive your order.

Refunds

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Orders that meet the conditions above are exchanged for the correct or a new perfume.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us with your order number (and a photo if the bottle is damaged): email sale@akhmadovanatalia.com or WhatsApp +971 58 244 9528
  2. We confirm the exchange and arrange the pickup.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we send you the correct perfume.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
